On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAGB (“Board”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 March 2021 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Aimia Holdings UK II Limited in relation to the proposed acquisition of the remaining 20% equity interest in BigLife Sdn Bhd.
