We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2017, 3 October 2017, 13 October 2017 and 19 October 2017 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 October 2017, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time up to 5 February 2018 to issue the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
