The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 29 August 2017 unless otherwise stated. We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2017, 3 October 2017 and 13 October 2017 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had, on 17 October 2017 filed the relevant court papers to obtain the requisite order from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur pursuant to Section 366 of the Act for leave to be granted to the Company to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. This announcement is dated 19 October 2017. |
