We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2017, 3 October 2017, 13 October 2017, 19 October 2017, 30 October 2017 and 9 November 2017 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court at Shah Alam has fixed 29 November 2017 as the court hearing date for the Company’s application to obtain leave of court to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation pursuant to Section 366(2) of the Act. This announcement is dated 20 November 2017. |
