We refer to the announcement made on 22 January 2026 in relation to the Issuance of RCPS (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Capital A Berhad wishes to announce that Teleport had on 6 February 2026 completed its issuance of RCPS following the fulfillment of all conditions precedent pursuant to the Agreement and upon receipt of the subscription proceeds of USD50 million (equivalent to RM195 million, based on the exchange rate of USD1: RM3.9).
