Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025, 7 May 2025, 4 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 30 December 2025 and 21 January 2026 ("Announcements") as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 ("Circular") in relation to the Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Capital Reduction has taken effect upon the lodgement of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya with the Registrar of Companies on 23 January 2026. Accordingly, the Regularisation Plan has been completed following the completion of the Capital Reduction on even date.
