Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025, 7 May 2025, 4 December 2025, 8 December 2025 and 30 December 2025 (“Announcements”) as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 (“Circular”) in relation to the Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya has confirmed the reduction in the Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Regularisation Plan by RM5,507,594,000 on 21 January 2026.

The Company will lodge a copy of the sealed order with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
