(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that, save as disclosed below, there has been no other material development on the Proposed Regularisation Plan:

(i) the hearing of the petition for the reduction in the Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been adjourned to 21 January 2026; and

(ii) the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Securities today to seek its approval for additional time up to 19 January 2026 to complete the Proposed Distribution. The Distribution Shares are intended to be allotted and issued by AAX concurrently with the placement shares to be issued pursuant to the AAX Proposed Private Placement. The Board has been informed that the implementation of the AAX Proposed Private Placement is expected to be delayed, pending finalisation of documentation from the identified investors to subscribe for the placement shares.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
