On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 10 December 2025, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for 2,133,524,625 additional new Shares to be issued arising from the conversion of RCUIDS pursuant to the adjustment to the RCUIDS Conversion Price on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following condition:

(i)         Capital A is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of Shares listed pursuant to the conversion of RCUIDS as at the end of each quarter together with a detail computation of listing fees payable.
