Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025, 7 May 2025 and 4 December 2025 (“Announcements”) as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
