On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya has confirmed the reduction in Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Distribution by RM2,741,538,641.04 on 8 December 2025.

The Company will lodge a copy of the sealed order with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
