Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025 and 7 May 2025 (“Announcements”) as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has submitted a petition to the High Court of Malaya today to obtain an order from the High Court of Malaya pursuant to Section 116 of the Act for the reduction in the Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Proposed Regularisation Plan by RM5,507,594,000.
