On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has submitted a supplemental application to the High Court of Malaya on 3 December 2025 to obtain an ancillary order from the High Court of Malaya pursuant to Section 116 of the Act for the reduction in Company’s issued share capital pursuant to the Distribution by RM2,741,538,641.04 based on the closing market price of AAX Shares of RM1.62 on 3 December 2025, being the Entitlement Date.
