Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the third quarter ended 30 September 2025 as follows: -

1. On 27 August 2025, an advance of USD 61,457 (equivalent to RM 259,041 based on the exchange rate of 4.215 as at 30 September 2025) was provided to AA Com Travel Philippines Inc. (“ACTPH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, AirAsia Aviation Group Limited (“AAAGL”);
2. On 28 July 2025, 25 August 2025 and 24 September 2025, a total of advances of RM 7,226,819 was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”); and
3. On 01 July 2025, a loan of USD 2,500,000 (equivalent to RM 10,537,500 based on the exchange rate of 4.215 as at 30 September 2025) was provided to BPPL by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Sdn Bhd (“BLMY”).

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of ACTPH and BPPL.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
