Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 April 2024, 26 July 2024, 4 September 2024, 20 September 2024, 14 October 2024, 24 October 2024, 4 November 2024, 24 January 2025, 24 March 2025, 30 May 2025, 31 July 2025, 28 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 17 October 2025, 29 October 2025 and 19 November 2025 (“Announcements”) as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 20 September 2024 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On 19 November 2025, Capital A announced that shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 (“Entitlement Date”) shall be entitled to the Distribution Shares (“Entitled Shareholders”). (Please refer to the announcement reference number: ENT-17112025-00012)

In addition, holders of outstanding RCUIDS / Warrants who wish to be entitled to the Distribution Shares should convert their RCUIDS or exercise their Warrants into new Capital A Shares by lodging the duly completed conversion forms (for RCUIDS holders) or exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies (for Warrant holders) with the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. on or before 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 November 2025 (“Cut-off Date and Time”).

The Cut-Off Date and Time of 7 Market Days prior to the Entitlement Date is required to enable the Company’s Share Registrar to process the allotment and issuance of the new Shares arising from the conversion of the RCUIDS or exercise of the Warrants, and to credit such new Shares into the Central Depository System (“CDS”) accounts of the RCUIDS / Warrant holders after 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 2 December 2025. These new Shares will then be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 3 December 2025. Consequently, the names of such RCUIDS / Warrants holders’ names will appear in the Company’s Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.

This timeline is in accordance with the provisions of the RCUIDS Trust Deed, Warrants Deed Poll and Listing Requirements to complete the allotment and issuance of the new Shares arising from conversion of the RCUIDS or exercise of the Warrants within 8 Market Days of the lodgement of the duly completed RCUIDS conversion forms or Warrants exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Company’s Share Registrar.
