Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent as set out in the SSPAs have been fulfilled and/or waived (as the case may be). Accordingly, the SSPAs have become unconditional in accordance with the terms and conditions on 29 October 2025.

The Board will determine and announce the Entitlement Date for the Proposed Distribution in due course.
