Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the first quarter ended 30 June 2025 as follows: -

1. On 11 April 2025, an advance of USD 34,896 (equivalent to RM 154,694 based on the exchange rate of 4.217 as at 30 June 2025) was provided to AA Com Travel Philippines Inc. (“ACTPH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, AirAsia Aviation Group Limited (“AAAGL”); and
2. On 16 April 2025, 24 April 2025, 26 May 2025, 05 June 2025 and 25 June 2025, a total of advances of RM 8,480,000 was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”).

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of ACTPH and BPPL.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
