Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the first quarter ended 31 March 2025 as follows: -

1. On 19 February 2025, an advance of MYR 24,080 was provided to Move Travel Philippines Inc. (“MTPH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Travel Sdn. Bhd. ("MTMY"); and
2. On 21 January 2025, 04 February 2025, 24 February 2025, 06 March 2025, 20 March 2025 and 24 March 2025, a total of advances of RM 11,500,000 was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”);

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of MTPH and BPPL.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
