Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the third quarter ended 30 September 2024 as follows: -

1.    On 26 September 2024, an advance of MYR 2,999,244 was provided to Bigpay Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“BPMY”) by the Company;

2.    On 23 August 2024, an advance of USD 4.108 (equivalent to RM 116,982 based on the exchange rate of 4.108 as at 30 September 2024) was provided to Biglife Thailand Co. Ltd (“BLTH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“BLMY”);

3.    On 11 July 2024, 25 July 2024, 27 August 2024 and 24 September 2024, a total of advances of RM 418,000 was provided to Ourfarm Sdn Bhd (“OFM”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“MTMY”);

4.    On 29 July 2024, 2 September 2024 and 25 September 2024, a total of advances of RM 32,600 was provided to Rokki Sdn Bhd (“ROKKI”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“MTMY”);

5.    On 29 January 2024, 1 February 2024, 8 February 2024, 20 February 2024, 27 February 2024, 13 March 2024, 26 March 2024, 1 May 2024, 31 May 2024, 30 June 2024, 31 July 2024 and 3 September 2024, a total of advances of USD 10,475,634 (equivalent to RM 43,028,668 based on the exchange rate of 4.108 as at 30 September 2024) was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”);

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of BPMY, BLTH, OFM, ROKK and BPPL.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
