| Working experience and occupation | Ms Teh Mun Hui is a Certified Public Accountant (MICPA) with more than 20 years of experience in finance operations, corporate exercises, investor relations, cost management, auditing and advisory services for listed companies. Mun Hui holds a First Class Honors degree in Accounting from University of Malaya. Her last role prior to assuming CFO of Capital A Berhad was the role of CFO in AirAsia Aviation. She played a key role in supporting the financial standing of the Airlines function and was instrumental in our exit from PN 17 status. Mun Hui has always extended her expertise to other entities within the ecosystem in the past and with this new role, she will be able to bring her past experiences in leading Capital A's financial growth. She has been instrumental in steering the Proposed Disposal of Aviation to AirAsia X Berhad, PN17 regularisation roadmap across the Capital A entities and the issuance of Revenue Bond of USD443 million. |
