Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2024 regarding the issuance of a Revenue Bond by AARB1 and the clarification on 26 August 2024, the Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to provide additional clarification on  Paragraph 2(i) of our announcement on 22 August 2024.

The corporate guarantee  by Capital A mentioned under Paragraph 2(i) of the said announcement will only be valid until the disposal of AAB and AirAsia Aviation Group Limited by Capital A to AAX is completed.
