5. Professional Development of Directors In keeping with Paragraph 15.08 of the MMLR, the Directors recognise the importance and value of continuous professional development in order to keep themselves abreast with the changes in the aviation and digital industries, as well as new statutory and regulatory requirements. During the Financial Year, the Directors attended and participated in training programmes, conferences and seminars that covered the areas of corporate governance, finance, global business developments and relevant industry updates, which enable them to discharge their duties effectively. All the directors together with the senior management attended the briefing by Messrs Ernst & Young on adequate policies and procedures to prevent offences pursuant to Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 organised in-house on 27 February 2020.
